Most illiterates will comment to attack the gov't, because they were never taught in school like Dino that a lawmaker is part of the government. It shows the level of decadence in Nigeria polity, the Senate is separating itself from governance. Both Buhari and Dino belongs to same level of reasoning.....Dullard=Dino Duara

Surprised it isn’t number one. Things will change. Ugo will change things.

Don't believe the hype, people. All these organisations come out with shit to make us Africans feel inadequate. If you keep telling someone he's useless, you will eventually erode that person's confidence, Don't let them destroy our confidence. We are a great people. We compete on their level even though we don't have shit. We make something out of nothing. That is the character of a great people Despite all on the bullshit we suffer, we still get ahead.

Not everyone is information lazy Dino. I immediately went to the website of Heritage foundation. There is a list of different categories and rankings. Nigeria is in about 2/3 of them and didn't do badly at all. There is NO listing of countries with low ranking. However, another website or handle(probably yours or Wendel Similin aka Reno's) called spectator index; @spectatorindex did an offshoot compilation and credited heritage foundation. I will encourage all social media users to look before leaping.

The rating may be right but Dino failed to understand that it's not pointing at the executive arm of govt alone, but inclusive of the legislature and judiciary. His character of when he fought in the house of reps, dancing in the public, rolling on the floor before his pastor in the Apostolic Church placed his character highest on the list.

The executive arms of Government is different from the Legislative arms. It is the exclusive power of the president to delegate and not the legislative arms. In this accounts, the executive is to be blamed because they dont observe the rule of law even being mitigate by other arms. if there was smooth and transparent rule of law, all arms including the judiciary would have been inclusive with the worst position of this country. Lets tackle this from the executives as the power is centered there.Although , all of these politicians are only there to maximize their personal wealth.

The report may be right and if it is, Dino and his colleagues together with the government are part of the problem. Till date Nigerians knows how much an elected senator or house of rep. takes home as salary. Yes, they claim we know the salary but how much in allowances do they earn??? We need to start asking all these guys hard questions. Stop giving your votes because you trust somebody start demanding results to. It makes no sense that elected officials live so far above the means of 3/4 of the Nigerian populace. This is tax payers money. We basically enrich them. Our concurrent expenditure is pushing us to debt. Yet we don't enough for capital expenditures. Roads, power etc. We need to vote people that are willing to put and end to this mess. As citizens, we need to demand accountability and not mediocrity.

PEOPLE LIKE DINO MELAYE WILL BE QUICK TO SHARE THINGS LIKE THIS ONLINE THINKING THAT THEY ARE SHAMING PRESIDENT BUHARI BUT THEY FORGET THAT GOVERNMENT IS NOT ONLY ABOUT THE PRESIDENCY, IT ALSO COMPRISES OF OTHER COMPONENT LIKE THE LEGISLATURE, JUDICIARY, ETC; SO THIS RESULT IS ALL ABOUT HAVING NONENTITIES LIKE HIMSELF IN GOVERNANCE.

If this man has integrity with all the noise he is making on media, let him tell us what he has been paid since he became senator and what he has done to his constituency. If not, he should keep quite and cover his face.

is integrity limited to executive, DINO should voluntarily surrender to police instead of jumping and climbing trees hiding.same with his brother saraki they should be bold to face charges not running and manipulate cases, so you are all part of govt that lower nigeria integrity, pls shut up.
