Video: Old People React to Korn

One day you, me and everyone reading this will grow old. Chances are we’ll be completely out of touch with the youth and think their music is hot garbage. Judging by the MetalSucks comments section, this already describes a lot of you!

Major shout out, then, to the one dude in this video — the latest in FBE’s “Elders React” series — that not only digs Korn, but totally gets it. The dude likes Korn way more than I do, that’s for sure.

As for everyone else here… well, you know the shtick. Old people don’t get metal, think it’s noise and complain about not being able to understand the words. That doesn’t mean this video isn’t entertaining to watch, though! Give it a spin.

Previous entries in the series feature elders reacting to System of a Down, Slipknot and Rammstein, to name a few. I’d guess the series’ producers are sticking to nu-metal for its relative accessibility and viewer appeal, but if they really wanna throw some elders a wrench they should consider Portal or Wormrot for the next episode. Just sayin’, there could be some GREAT reactions in there.
