The past
several years I have been told by my Doctor that my Vitamin D was low and had
to
work on it. I noticed that I had hair loss and skin that was not good, my
moods were all over the place and now that I have the Formans I ran out and how
that I have been on this again I do notice my moods are better and my sleeping
is as well. I knew the lack of Vitamin D could be bad for you but now I know
how bad things can get if you have a true lack of Vitamin D. Saturday, October 13, 2018
