Inter coach Antonio Conte is ready to place his trust in yet another youngster, 17-year-old Italian defender Lorenzo Pirola, according to a report from Italian newspaper Gazzetta dello Sport today.

The report details how the 50-year-old Italian coach has been impressed with Pirola since the very first days of the training retreat in the summer, and his performances with the Italian Under 17 squad in the Under 17 World Championship have impressed Conte even more.

Conte has already shown his faith in the Nerazzurri’s youth system by playing 20-year-old Italian defender Alessandro Bastoni, the report continues.

Bastoni has made six appearances for Inter since the start of the season, proving to be useful backup for the main defensive trio of Stefan de Vrij, Diego Godin and Milan Skriniar.

Furthermore, the report adds, Conte has slowly been integrating 17-year-old Italian talent Sebastiano Esposito as well. The forward has played four first team games for the Nerazzurri so far this season.
