Smok NOVO Problems, can anyone help?

I bought the Smok NOVO less than 1 hour ago and the pods are just popping out

seeing if theres a fix first

I take it you've tried putting them in both ways and checked the rubber bung for filling's in tight?

Apart from that there's probably not much more to suggest as it's just that simple a device. Maybe even something stuck where you put the pod in.
