An interesting pattern in this case is how the victims keep
disappearing. I can understand the Skripals going incognito, as
their situation was judged to be part of an international conspiracy,
but Charles Rowley is an ordinary member of the public, who suffered
an unfortunate accident, along with his girlfriend, who unfortunately
died; and usually, in such circumstances, the Sunday newspapers are
lining up outside of his quarters for interviews and to pay
loadsaspondoolix for such a story...
