Zimbabwe netball wrote their own piece of history as they qualified for the 2019 World Cup set for London, United Kingdom.
They sealed their place with a game to spare after beating Kenya 58-42.
They face Uganda, who have also qualified for the sport’s world showpiece today.
The finals will be held from July 12-21 at the Echo Arena.
The Gems as Zimbabwe are called, are already one of the nine teams that
have sealed their place at the game’s highest competition, alongside Uganda, Australia, New Zealand, Jamaica, South Africa, Malawi, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Samoa , Fiji and hosts England.
