LITA FORD adds dates to her Summer Tour; new single due July 4th
Lita Ford has told Digital Journal in a new interview that she is planning to release a standalone song this summer. "We have a single that is a surprise for the fans, which is really cool," she revealed. "It will be out on 4th of July and it is bad to the bone, and I am really proud of it. It's a cover tune. It is going to hit home with a lot of people."Lita has spent the last few months working on new music with guitarist/producer Gary Hoey, who previously collaborated with her on 2012's "Living Like A Runaway" disc.Last fall, Ford said that her new songs were turning out "pretty badass. It's just been Gary Hoey and I so far," she said. "Him and I get along so well in the studio, it's just ridiculous. I start a sentence and he finishes it. We've really got a feel for music in the studio, so we work well together. And I think he will most likely be the one to finish out the album."
