Vaptio 50W PROBLEM :(

I sent a Vaptio 50W PI starter kit for my good friend.It worked perfectly for 3 weeks,yesterday she wrote me that,she needs to charge it,but the charger dont charge it.When she puts it on the charger the lowermost led starts to blink.It only blinking,when she pull the button 5 time it isnt do anything.Help me,what we can do? What is th]e problem ?

i dont know this model so this is just a guess but the flasing light might mean its charging. mods can take 1-3 hours to charge.
looking at this link it does not have bypass so it cannot be used while it is charging.

I have the first version of the vaptio p1 50w box.... when the red light is blinking it means the battery is dead... it needs a good charge!

a few things to take into consideration - use a 0.5 amp charger..... don't use a fast charger or a mobile phone charger, iphone, ipad whichever... most of them charge at 1.5 amps + on modern phones and it will shorten the life of the battery.

if it is completely drained give it a full slow charge, just leave it running it will turn itself off once its full. they can take a good 8 hours to fully charge when using a 0.5amp charger.

i had problems with the battery connection on mine and the store i got it from refused to exchange or repair it as it was battery related and it 'had' been working, i just took it apart and it was a loose connector.

if you've still no luck, get someone who is half decent with vape gear/mod boxes and ask them to take it apart and have a look at it.

failing that, chuck it in the bin!

I literally just figured it out you gotta unscrew the top so simple took me a while to figure it out
