THOSE SONIC ATTACKS ARE SPREADING, BUT THE REAL QUESTION IS…

It began with complaints by U.S. Embassy personnel in Cuba, and then it spread to China; they complained of hearing loud noises, sometimes just prior to sleeping, and in some instances the noises were described as "metal grating on metal". One individual in Cuba, you'll recall, complained that he could only hear them on his bed. When he got up and moved, the phenomenon ceased. This, to my mind, was a clear indicator of the use of well-known mind control technologies, the so-called "voice to skull" microwave technologies. In this technology, information - usually brain waves - is modulated on microwaves, and can thus be "heard" by the audio cortex of a target's brain.

But now, according to this article shared by Mr. H.B., those attacks have spread to American personnel around the world:

Is 'MEDUSA' Technology Being Used To Carry Out The 'Sonic Attacks' Upon US Diplomats Around The World? The US Navy Developed 'MEDUSA' In The Early 2000's

As the article notes, this technology is actually from the 1970s and the basic idea is even older than that:

All the way back in 1975, the American Psychological Association published a story in which they reported upon their success of beaming voices into somebody's head using microwave technology. Using what they called "voice to skull" or "V2K", this story saved over at Archive reports upon 5 different available electronic harassment technologies.

As Adam Fabio reported back in September of 2017 over at Hackaday, while the most common theory being passed around about the 'sonic attacks' in Cuba and now China is that some kind of LRAD device is being used, those devices are not small and light nor are they clandestine yet as he points out in his story, a less discussed theory is the 'microwave auditory effect'. An excerpt from the Hackaday story.:

One theory I haven’t seen passed around much is the microwave auditory effect. This is a phenomenon where RF energy directed at a human head is converted to sound perceivable by the target. The first paper published about the effect was by Allan H. Frey in 1961. Frey worked at the General Electric advanced electronics center at Cornell University in NY.

As one might have guessed, I have no doubts that these technologies were and are in play in Cuba and China. Nor was America the only country pursuing them, as they were equally being sought by the former Soviet Union, and as the technology itself is relatively easy to engineer, any number of countries with the technological infrastructure could build them. And that last point raises another disturbing possibility, for not only could such technologies be built by almost any country, any corporation with the technological know-how could do so as well. For that matter, even their use by the intelligence "community" would be difficult to prevent, for rogue factions could always do so simply by dint of the compartmentalization of such agencies; all that would be necessary is the authorization, which can easily be obtained in a variety of ways.

So the real question is who is doing this, and why? Initially, when the attacks in Cuba first occurred, I fingered such technologies as the means, but questioned the "blame Cuba" scenario. While Cuba might have obtained such technology from Russia, or even produced it on its own, it had little motivation to use it. After all, why endanger the recent reestablishment of relations? It had nothing to gain by its use. When the attacks spread to China, again, the same scenario holds, even in the atmosphere of increased tensions with China. That country had little to gain from such attacks, and quite a great deal to lose if it could ever be proven it was behind them.

Now, however, with the attacks having spread around the world, we are looking at a very different scenario than isolated attacks in this or that country. We're looking at a global phenomenon, and therefore, at a global network with access to such technology, technology which itself has been dispersed around the world (or, in yet another scenario, perhaps broadcast from space-based platforms.) In either case, this narrows the list of potential culprits considerably. Certain countries, obviously, would have a global reach with their intelligence agencies, and would have access to such technologies. One may think of "the usual list of powers" here. Few of them would have the motivation for doing so however, as the risk is too great.

My suspicion and high octane speculation remains focused on the one type of actor that no one wants to think about: a non-state actor with global reach, and that would have access to the corporations able to construct such equipment. My mind returns to those strange statements made by the Russian economist, Dr. Tatiana Koryagina, in Pravda shortly before 9/11, that the USA would soon be attacked on its own soil, by a small global network of very powerful people, with trillions at their disposal...

... missing money, anyone?

See you on the flip side...

. . . Old technology, in some ways. . . This “microwave-auditory-effect,” as its currently called, reminds me of the earlier work of Dr Beck, Dr R Becker, and Dr Mahar, and others, who’s tasks were to determine what utility this type of microwave application had back in the 70’s and 80’s from a clandestine frame of reference and work toward a counter measure. . . Then, the old Soviet Union, pulsed high-powered microwave emissions over the horizon that were initially picked up on short-wave radio sets by Ham Radio operators as the interfering pulsed energy moved across the electromagnetic frequency spectrum. . . This pulsing was nick-named “Woodpecker,” because of its likeness to a woodpecker picking on wood when heard over radio headphones or speakers. . . It was also called “Duga RADAR.”. . Some of us, with spare time and a short-wave radio handy, would chase the frequency pulsed using the dial tuner. . . It didn’t spend a great deal of time in any one radio dial setting. . . It came into England LOUD-AND-CLEAR. . . Rest assured there were many, so called, “theories’ put forth in the beginning why and what it was used for and if any consequences from exposure. . . It was also the time when heavy aluminum screens were put up over office windows shielding US embassy members in Moscow. . . More than a message to the soviets then, in plain sight, heh, heh. . .

    https://interestingengineering.com/the-russian-woodpecker-the-soviet-signal-that-could-be-heard-on-the-radio

    https://www.eyeofthepsychic.com/woodpecker/

Back then part of that stuff was “dark-stuff” in no uncertain terms as it was aimed at animal experimentation not just over-the-horizon RADAR use. . . One would guess that various financiers, research-development groups, and operatives have been fruitful and multiplied as well as greatly refined in their influence and approach toward using directed microwave from the blazoned blunt instruments it once was to very sophisticated pocket-sized instrumentation and all manner of contrivances in between. . . It does effect bio-matter in most forms. . .

. . . Like most theorization, one needs to be able to replicate, measure, and publish with return results authenticating its viability – NOT recommended for an open and transparent graduate degree. . .

I too “I have only been cursorily following this topic” … God DAMN IT!!!.

They will have to get past my tinnitus first, then my sense of homour, then my paranoia about anything coming through that makes sense in this world, such as it is here in Oz, 32C by day, 1C by night and the 20C differential ambient to track temps (50C in Austria and England) at the last two F1 races.
I wouldn’t mind their evil devices if intentions and outcomes were truly good.
As Rick Adams (RBN) says a lot, the prophesies are coming and even the elect shall be deceived by a false messiah… unless they are wearing tin foil hats of course.
I want my cricifix made of metal and earthed and EMF/WiFi free, as it is in heaven.

I have only been cursorily following this topic, but the main curiosity to me has been the reported physical damage to the brains. A brain is basically a bag of water with some proteins mixed-in. It takes a lot of energy to heat-up or vibrate a bag of water to where biological changes take place – not to mention this is perpetrated from a fair distance, with energy falling-off with distance squared.

So, we are not looking at a delicate, inserting-a-voice operation; we are looking at someone/some-group who is knowingly injuring another person for life…

    • goshawks on July 17, 2018 at 8:21 pm

Hmmm. Thinking at it a little differently, I wonder if the embassy people were unwittingly doing it to themselves? An embassy is likely the origination/destination point of numerous ‘signals’ of various natures. Could interference effects or so-called sideband effects account for the physical damage? After all, you are sitting really close to multiple transmitters & receivers…

You also have various electronic countermeasures used to disrupt remote detonated explosives (IED’s, VBIED’s, etc.). Embassies, at least the one I’ve been to in Afghanistan, have and use these countermeasures. Every time we used to load up into vehicles and drive through Kabul, you could physically tell when the vehicle behind you fired up its “Jammer”. I don’t know how to explain this other than you felt a strange sensation in the back of your head, I always imagined the old, “This is your brain on drugs,” commercial with the egg frying. Years from now, I’m sure there will be a civil suit due to the health effects by many who worked over there.

    • S Klein on July 18, 2018 at 11:13 am

Well, if you believe what Pubmed reports the brain is 60% fat. I’ve read it is 70% fat. How does that change your view of the effects of the microwave’s effects? Fried brain syndrome?

Get your omega-3’s. Great for the brain’s health.

      • goshawks on July 18, 2018 at 8:45 pm

        https://water.usgs.gov/edu/propertyyou.html
“According to H.H. Mitchell, Journal of Biological Chemistry 158, the brain and heart are composed of 73% water, and the lungs are about 83% water. The skin contains 64% water, muscles and kidneys are 79%, and even the bones are watery: 31%.”

        http://faculty.washington.edu/chudler/facts.html
(Reference: McIlwain, H. and Bachelard, H.S., Biochemistry and the Central Nervous System, 1985)
        “Composition of Brain (%):
        Water 77 to 78
        Lipids 10 to 12
        Protein 8
        Carbohydrate 1
        Soluble organic substances 2
        Inorganic salts 1”

I suspect the PubMed article citing “the human brain is nearly 60 percent fat,” was talking about the ratios without the water. (Or perhaps only including lipids, proteins, and carbohydrates.) That looks about right…

So, I probably should have said, “A brain is basically a bag of water with some lipids and proteins mixed-in.”

And yes, essential fatty acids (EFAs) particularly the omega-3 fatty acids are good for the brain. I take them plus DHA supplements. I suspect that lack of these in the modern diet takes its toll in many ways.

        • S Klein on July 20, 2018 at 9:27 am

Thank you for this clarification. This is more like it.
I wonder what microbes reside in the brain naturally. The microbiome type. Are you aware of any research on that?

I assume you’re implying the NAZIs along with British Empire which did not end. But retreated into the shadows to continue manipulating their colonies in the Americas. As you say neither Cuba or China would gain from doing this CIA, NSA yes they would most likely be at the helm of these operations.

  7. Robert Barricklow on July 17, 2018 at 2:31 pm

Of course, my suspicions are currently running, and have been running around the axis of the two main power forces at odds & crossroads w/each other. An ancient battle between the open/public systems of power and the closed/private systems of power.
That means factions within almost every organization are players.
Are “we’ witnessing an end game?
Well, at least a phase of it?

    [Can you hear me now?]

    • Robert Barricklow on July 17, 2018 at 3:58 pm

My guess is they’re scrubbing anything public out!
If there any public servants that aren’t bought, sold and delivered yet to the private side of the ledger?

      Your Fired!

      Or, your having hearing problems.
      Or, your hearing voices.
      Or?

  8. Ronin on July 17, 2018 at 1:06 pm

    Cui Bono?

Is this phenomena historically limited only to American victims? If so, that at least narrows things down a bit.

Instinctively, I lean towards the hawkish MIC angle. Sonic attacks are a relatively “safe” or victimless deed that could be use in order to provoke a response. I would wager that we will see finger pointing in the near future. Perhaps Iran taking the blame via Russian tech and thus drawing a military response. Iran, is still on General Wesley Clark’s list of targets and with President Trumps hawkish advisers Bolton and Pompeo, perhaps we will see this war plan complete its prophecy.

Russia is the global boogeyman, at least as far as the West is concerned. The President has met with Putin and on one hand appears to seek common ground with Russia while on the other hand, Trump is using the EU/Russian energy relationship as an inappropriate option.

As Dr. Jim Willy likes to say, “interesting times, if it just wasn’t so dangerous.”

    • Ronin on July 17, 2018 at 1:22 pm

Perhaps there is a connection between these Sonic attacks and the US Naval collisions? Both appear to be using advanced EW (electronic warefare) tech against the US and maintain enough distance for deniability.

Perhaps we need to collectively focus our gaze and look for equally deniable phenomena’s occurring to our potential adversaries. This could telegraph that a non-state actor is attempting to start a fight via a series of false flag attacks. Cui Bono?

  9. DanaThomas on July 17, 2018 at 12:57 pm

Assuming that these attacks actually have been taking place in the way described, they would be ideal for “plausible deniability” in the public sphere, where these weapons are regarded as rather “esoteric” or even non-existent. Could it be possible to identify the source of the “beams”? If so, nobody is talking.

    • Ronin on July 17, 2018 at 1:14 pm

Excellent point. I forgot to add the “deniability” angle to my comment on the article.

These attacks, along with proxy wars, weather manipulation and other EW tech (see Naval collisions), are all “safe” in that one retains the ability to deny involvement. To me, poking an adversary in the chest is only done in such a “safe” manner, when they are members of the Nuke club. Food for thought.

An interesting perspective on global corporations with the ability and willingness to perform such nefarious actions one might consider:
    http://mileswmathis.com/black.pdf “DID BLACKROCK/
    VANGUARD BUY THE ENTIRE WORLD?”
Given their hardwired designed in backdoor into every computer on the planet, a small ME nation might also be considered, as well; as they brag about “By deception shall we wage war”.
A well known banking dynasty, which backs that small ME nation, also has the means and desire to use such technology through such alphabet agencies around the world which have, no doubt, been compromised by corruption in high places; corruption which has become so blatantly obvious since Trump’s election.
There is also that “breakaway” group, brought to our attention by R. Dolan, which would have the means and desire to use such technology also in order to obtain its goals.
I’m sure others here could add to this list; and all of the above could be grouped under that “globalist” category for differing reasons.
One could also add subliminal messaging thru television and computer screens and various other well known technologies to covertly “program” an unsuspecting and somewhat ignorant populace of the array of technologies which could be used against it.
It wasn’t that long ago when television “shows” became television “programs” which have seen their use subtlety change over the years from “wholesome entertainment” to more nefarious purposes driving varying agendas.
I suspect all of this has been carefully planned and implemented slowly over time by those who would rule over us from the shadows.
