Ligue 1 side Olympique Lyon have made an offer of €18 million to Inter to sign Brazilian fullback Dalbert, Italian broadcaster Sky Sport Italia’s transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio reports.

According to the report, the Ligue 1 outfit has offered €18 million but the Nerazzurri are holding firm in their asking price of €20 million with  a couple of more millions to be included as add-ons.

This is because Inter are contractually obliged to pay Ligue 1 side Nice a certain percentage of Dalbert’s transfer fee, something Nice negotiated into the contract when selling the player to the Nerazzurri in the summer of 2017.

According to the report, the negotiations are ongoing between the parties and could soon be concluded but that would only occur if Inter get what they are asking for.

Since joining the Nerazzurri back in the summer of 2017, Dalbert has only featured 23 times across all competitions, scoring the solitary goal to match a string of poor performances.
