MRS Oil Nigeria Plc has announced the resignation of Dr. Samalia Musa Kewa from the Company’s Board of Directors.
A statement was signed and issued to the Nigerian Stock Exchange stating the resignation is effective today, however reasons for the resignation remain undisclosed.
The Company, an Oil Marketing Firm domiciled in merchandising of Petroleum Products including PMS, lubricants, and aviation kerosene.
