It's possible that the pastors are not aware that the woman is fooling them with her condition. It's the woman that should be arrested. It is clear from the videos that the pastors are also into the whole drama because it looks like what you see in movies, the pastors want to be perceived as being powerful men of God and they become gullible for anything because no caution is taken, in fact the cameramen are completely focused on the arm and it appears they must have been instructed to focus on the arm for a while to see the miracle happen.
