His team demanded the voting images from the Secretary of State of Massachusetts for a manual count. Secretary of State informed him they have deleted them and claimed they didn’t need to keep them. When he went public on twitter with the correspondence twitter banned him for 21 days to which he took out a court injunction on the SofS who asked twitter to take him down. Court granted the injunction on the SofS.
There’s pending court action regarding the ballot images as apparently federal law demands all documents be kept for 22 months. In the mean time he is asking his supporters to use the “write in” vote which means votes will need to be hand counted.
It’s interesting how this is playing out.

Dave, I have never been to the US and don’t know any Americans well so claim no knowledge beyond what I pick up third hand but the left’s distain for their own country is palpable. They abandoned Old Glory to such an extent that individually they were as likely to burn it as wave it. Forgive me for not lumping every person who votes Democrat into the “dishonest, stop at nothing to win an election, and disregard democracy” basket. I do believe there are Democrats who value honesty and democracy. But I assure you I ain’t of the left and I certainly didn’t pillory Trump for his comment.
In fact I’ve had to set people straight who were believing the media’s false narrative about “good people on both sides” as an isolated out of context quote, and provide them the full context and quotes from Trump’s comments. Quotes that clearly show he was referring to people who were concerned about preserving history and that he condemned the white supremacists in those few comments.
What better message to send that get Democrats involved in defending democracy rather that have a march portrayed as simply a bunch of crazy Trump supporters who hate to lose. Because sure as heck, without Democrats also standing up for fair democracy the march will be portrayed in worse or more dismissive ways than I have just suggested.

I would wager that most Australians, never mind the vicissitudes of their politics, are proud to be Australia.
I saw a survey recently that suggested that no nation had a prouder population that the Kiwis, tho I have to way to verify this.
I know a number of Brits and Irish who have been expats for many years, yet still have a good deal of pride in being British or Irish,
and many years of experience tells me that its very hard to find a Canadian who doesn’t love the great white north.
So it is more than a little disturbing that even among the self proclaimed nominal winners of the last US election, there are so
many who do not have pride in the US, and wish to change it to something else. At least one of those of us with family experience of a nation changed by politics into
“something else” is profoundly disturbed by this.
If China wants to dominate Australia, I’m not absolutely certain it can be resisted, but I’m pretty confident it will be resisted. If China wants to dominate the US, I fear it will be welcomed. Pride of nation is a classic civic virtue we may have discarded by bundling it with more petty and transitory flaws.
Paul Hogan epitomized Aus for many us a while ago; I’ve little idea what you thought of that; But I can’t even think of a contemporary archetype to send the other way, and that’s a little scary.

I agree but our politicians haven’t asked us if we want to be Asian or Chinese. In a world where demographics are paramount, we are fast becoming Chinese. Nothing wrong with China for Chinese, Japan for Japanese etc etc. But to bring large numbers of people from varying cultures to any nation is purely a divide and conquer strategy by a hostile global elite.
Which of our politicians has the courage to say it like it is and who in our population is ready to vote for that candidate so we can take back our country?

Saw it and I’m not sure it was coercion though I was initially disturbed a little. As was explained to me once, it’s common to put just a little bit of pressure on the person making the claim as a sort of quality control and there is a lot of emotion out there at the moment. Just to test reactions a bit. If they hold up you have worthwhile data. It was a tactic used on people making claims about UFO’s and then interpreted by many as evidence of “cover-up”.
