WHS To Host Vaping, Underage Drinking Presentation

Westfield HS staff and local police will weigh in to help parents stay informed and engaged on subjects that challenge students everyday.

WESTFIELD, NJ — A "Vaping, Underage Drinking and More — What You Need to Know" presentation will be held for parents on Wednesday, April 25.

The presentation is being hosted by the Westfield High School Parent-Teacher-Student Organization and the high school administration as a follow-up to the "Hidden in Plain Sight" drug awareness presentation in January.

The presentation will be held at 7 p.m. in the Westfield High School Auditorium. WHS Principal Dr. Derrick Nelson, members of the WHS Guidance staff and local law enforcement will weigh in to help parents stay informed and engaged on subjects that challenge students everyday.

Questions will be taken at the end of the presentation. The administration recommends that parents email questions in advance to whsptso@westfieldnjk12.org.
