My 2nd and 3rd coils.

What's the chances I'm gonna make my 2nd and 3rd coils ever, to be the same enough to use them as dual coil in the Dead Rabbit?

And how much does it matter?

If you're using a coil jig to wrap the coils and have the same number of wraps then youll be fine. If I space my coils I'll just eyeball it really

Would spaced be better? and do I just pull a leg to space them?

Just stretch it out when you’ve wrapped it and it will spring back and be magically spaced. It means you don’t need to glow them to check for even heating.

It seems open for debate. If I'm building my own I'll space them but I use a lot of pre built coils and I don't bother spacing those.

I usually don't have any heat spots in spaced coils and requires less of an initial dry burn. The least amount of dry burning the better from a health pov

If you use the jig, keep one leg in and pull the away from you.
