The 19th Annual Spirit of Spring Luncheon and Fashion Show drew over 550 supporters to raise funds for child victims of sexual abuse and their families. Taking place on April 19th at the Royal Sonesta, the event began with a cocktail reception followed by a luncheon and fashion show presented by Elizabeth Anthony with a collection by designer Christian Siriano. 

Roger Clemens introduced Congressman Ted Poe during the presentation, honoring him for his support of and dedication to CAC's cause. Producer Eric from 104.1 KRBE served as Master of Ceremonies and Stephen Lewis served as Auctioneer. An After-Party took place at Elizabeth Anthony, where guests celebrated Christian Siriano’s 10th year anniversary in fashion with a beautiful strawberry shortcake provided by Dragana Harris.

This year's Spirit of Spring event raised over $320,000 for the Children's Assessment Center.  An outstanding effort by event chairs Rishma Mohamed, Barbara Steen and Megan Vondra, who helped organize the afternoon.
