The Episode starts with Kartik taking Naira to Dr. Sharma. He asks doctor to see her fast. Doctor asks staff to prepare OT. Kartik says Naira, nothing will happen to you, I m waiting for you, you won’t forget me, don’t dare to cheat me, we just got married and have to do rituals. Doctor says we have no time, let her go. Kartik says I can’t let her go, she should get fine in every way. Doctor says yes. Everyone cries. Kartik says I love you Naira, you won’t forget me. Naira is taken in OT. Kartik sits crying. He says why is this happening with Naira, tell me will she get fine, I can’t live this way. He asks Naira is she listening. Naira is prepared for surgery. Manish and Suwarna hug Kartik. Kartik says our love is lucky, we will win over any situation, I won’t let anything happen to you. Dadi sees Bhabhimaa crying and pacifies her. Bhabhimaa says I want Naira’s long life and good health. Dadi says we shall focus on good thoughts. They pray for Kartik and Naira’s happiness. Kartik cheers up Naira, staying outside.
He says I want a reply for I love you soon. Manish says minister’s phone is off. Naitik says commissioner is also busy in meeting. Naksh says Akhilesh called and said the people are threatening the doctors. Dr. Sharma asks everyone to pay attention, its the trickiest part of surgery. Kartik prays. Machines beep. Doctor worries. Kartik calls out Naira. Manish asks for Dr. Shah’s coming. People reach there to protest. Manish and everyone wish to see. Guards stop the people at the gate. People ask for Dr. Sharma and threaten. Kartik says Naira…. and closes eyes.
