Mod is a smok majesty. Don't know what other info someone might need because I've never had to troubleshoot one of these things before. I was driving when it happened, so i don't know what the mod was doing or what the screen said. It was at about 50% battery, I hit it, nothing happened. I looked at the screen, it was blank. I thought I accidentally turned it off. Clicked it to turn it back on and got nothing. Thought maybe the battery died. Brought it home and plugged it in. The screen "lights up" but there is no display, just a blank screen. It slowly gets brighter, then blinks off. Slowly gets brighter, then blinks off. I popped the batteries out and put them back in again. I left it on the charger for about an hour. Still the same issue. The screen is blank, just a lit-up black screen that blinks off. It also blinks off when you hit the trigger. Screen behaves this way only when plugged in, whether the batteries are in it or not. Can't really afford a new mod at the moment, can someone help me get this thing working again?

1.Please check whether it is at the stealth mode firstly (When device is on, click fire button 3 times to enter the menu setting to turn the stealth mode off.)

It's not hitting and it doesn't even seem to turn on. The only sign is has any power is that the screen is bright. It's black, but it's bright, much like a tv turned on but with no picture. It was also making a high-pitched humming noise that could only be heard if you put it up to your ear.

Here, I recorded what it's doing. Or not doing I suppose. Hopefully it helps.

If its buzzing inside without being plugged in then there is power going through something it shouldn't.
Could be juice has got inside?
Or it could just be another of the many failed Smok mods.

not a techy but.....

:hmm: mmm, having trouble shooting your Smok mod!?
I much prefer the hands on approach myself.
But I hear you cannot go wrong with these self laser sighting, accurate for hundreds of metres, bit expensive but gauranteed to get the job done, wicked pieces of Smok killing weaponry!
