Stay away from ordering via the “free sample” gimmick! They have your card information and I found a charge on my statement that was from a vegancookbooktoday21 that appeared after I ordered the eye cream. Cancel your card and get a new one and watch your bank statements!

I’m not getting charged anymore, the security at my bank stopped that immediately, but I keep getting the product. I have three little boxes with product that want to go home…
Ditto to all above. I cannot believe this company! I did not order the “14 day trial” through their website – but through an abbreviated version on a Faceboook post with references to Christie Brinkley. There were no “terms and conditions” or policies outlining the need for cancellation with 14 days. It has taken months to cancel this “subscription”. I have been charged nearly $300 for a few ounces of average facial moisturizer (including a shipment that I haven’t even received – but cannot get a refund for). I should have known better than to try this… I have also made a complaint with BBB (but of course this company is not BBB accredited).

If you read the terms and conditions that you agreed to before ordering, it said you would be charged $89.
This is all true I order the nexaell serum … I told them I had allergic reaction and they would only credit 35% to my credit card .. Big scam do not order ..

thank you girls for this info. I have a very difficult time reading with gkasses and a magnifier together. I ordered then called to cancel because my son saw the $89+. I was Assured and reassured that if I called on Aug. 5th. I would NOT BE CHARGED. Too much to chance. I am calling back now. Free trial is a SCAM. I didn’t even have it for 1 week and they charged eye cream and nexcell to my credit card for $89 each. Called to ask why they are charging for unauthorized transactions..lady started yelling at me stating I approved it because they haven’t heard from me during the trial. I’ve only had it for a week. This is a complete SCAM! I ordered one product for the “shipping only” free offer. Later, I was charged $89.94 AND $97.94, for what? I don’t know! Never received anything. A month later, was charged AGAIN $89.94 AND $97.94. NEVER received anything! When I called, I was asked, (in a snotty, condescending way), “Well, ma’am, did you read the bold print below your signature?” I never even signed anything; I ordered by phone!! She said, “This is high end product.” I don’t know what is in this product that makes it cost me $375.76, but IT DOESN’T EVEN WORK!!
I clicked on this offer because it was a “Pay for shipping only” try the product free type offer. nowhere did it disclose that its a monthly buy in and if you don’t call and cancel they will assume you signed up monthly and charge you accordingly. Call 8882732975 and let them know you cancel the program. they won’t refund anything but they will stop sending and stop charging you. I called in today and will see if they actually stop based on the comments I see above.

I would love to “go after them”. I also called and cancelled and asked them where and how to return the unopened product. (I was shocked that .50 fl. oz. was $89.95!) After I did everything but threaten to call the FBI, they agreed to credit my account 30% of the cost. I’m still mad but that’s better than nothing. Keep trying!!!
