“So, let me get this straight,” James begins, his tone making Regulus just a tad nervous. “You’re competing with a psychopathic war criminal for a mythological gemstone?”
From behind them, Frank snorts. “When you put it like that, it does sound pretty stupid.”
Regulus blinks at the man. “Thanks for the input, Frank.”
