As our nation remembers the September 11, 2001 attacks on this Nation, the Town Board urges that we each remember those we lost, and this Thursday, September 11, please consider taking time to volunteer in community action projects and activities in Bedford and Westchester County.

  • The Bedford Farmers Club plans to restore a meditation garden at the VA Hudson Valley Health Care facility in Montrose (for further information contact Jim Wood at jimandtwink@gmail.com);
  • The Bedford Fire Department is hosting a clothing - winter coats - and non-perishable food drives (for further information contact Dr. Gary Cohn at 914-297-8188 or email at CommunityVolunteerFor9.11@gmail.com);
