Bettor wins P294.6M Grand Lotto jackpot

A lotto bettor has an extra P294.6 million in his pocket after winning the Philippine Charity Sweepstakes Office's Grand Lotto draw Saturday night.

The PCSO said the bettor got the combination of 08-42-35-11-17-22 to bag the prize worth exactly P294,602,336.

The last time someone won a major lotto prize was in September 20, when a player won the Lotto 6/42 draw with the combination of 29-24-01-02-08-20 to win P22,946,228.

Last Aug. 23, a lone bettor got the Lotto 6/42 jackpot with the combination of,16-28-13-15-09-08, which was the key to the jackpot of P22,760,804.

The biggest lotto prize ever won was P741.176 million Grand Lotto jackpot, won in November 2010 by a lone bettor with the winning combination,11-16-42-47-31-37. — Joel Locsin with Andrei Medina /DVM, GMA News
