Pepper Potts' personal assistant got swept up into the dynamics of the Avenger's team. It's easy enough to do that. They're a charismatic group, and it doesn't exactly feel terrible to be part of something that makes a difference in the world. The world is never as it seems. Born fifteen years after her big brother and a female was not a good thing for Virginia Alexandra Stark. For her safety Maria Stark, cousin of James Potter, through his mother, asked James and Lily to adopt her daughter for her safety. They took it a step further and blood-adopted her allowing her to be named Heiress to the Potter title, before renaming her Harper Jasmine Potter.
The events of Halloween still happened...only in 1986 instead of 1981. Harper, called Harriette or 'Harry' by Dumbledore, is placed with Petunia and Vernon.
Other things are at play though and soon enough Harper is once again in the states and by the time she is 10 she's found her brother again. But for her safety they keep it a secret and now known as Virginia Potter she decides to change her name yet again. She becomes Virginia Potts as she enters Ilvermorny.
It's a name she'll keep until it is safe for her to reveal her true identity to the world. But until that happens her and Tony will have fun playing the people and making them think what they want them to think. -

An Infinity War and Endgame fix-it/remix story that is a continuation of a Civil War fix-it story: They say that the best way to communicate in an emergency is via text message. A giant purple alien bent on wiping out half of the universe’s population with the help of six infinity stones qualifies as an emergency. This fact is even more apparent now that Laura Barton is currently trapped in a timeline where that happened because the Avengers (read: Tony and Steve) never mended fences. Now the last remnants of those Avengers are trying to fix what happened. What’s going to be easier, stopping Thanos from wiping out half the universe with the infinity stones, undoing the damage he already caused in another timeline where he succeeded, or getting that timeline's Tony and Steve to get their shit together? Two timelines, one mission, and an infinite amount of text messaging.

“He is going to come. I’m sure he will have a few Avengers with him. They will probably separate us.”
Peter grabs her hands, “I won’t let them do that.”
“Peter” Mary leans forward, placing her forehead on his. “Do not fight him. We are both going to do what he instructs. That is the only way to get through this. I…I’m sure he won’t allow us to see each other for a long time. Definitely not until he thinks we are compliant. If we just do what he wants, the sooner we will see each other again. Do you understand?”
The thirteen-year-old nods his head, again allowing tears to flow. “I love you mom.”“I love you too.”
The sound of the door opening causes the duo to freeze. Mary’s blood feels like ice when she hears an all too familiar voice taunt “Daddy’s home.”

Tony Stark has family. He has Obie, the closest thing to a father he's had since his died -and even before that- he has Rhodey his brother in all but blood, who kept him alive at MIT and didn't let him drown himself in his sorrows. He has Happy Hogan his driver and bodyguard but also one of his closest friends and confidants. He has Pepper Potts, his assistant who he wouldn't be able to function half as easily without. He also has his sister. Not biological of course. No Howard and Maria couldn't have any other kids after him. But they were raised as siblings. Her mother was his nanny until she met her father and moved away to Japan to have her. Inko Midoriya his sister in every sense of the word but blood. And now he's got a nephew. Ok so he's had a nephew for around a year, but this is the first time he's going to see his nephew and sue him if he's a little nervous he's not a person most people would trust their kids with.
It all starts with a simple visit to meet his nephew. Nobody knew how far it would expand. How many horrible things were going to happen in such a short period of time. How large his family would grow. It all started with that trip, that's nowhere close to where this story will end.
