The winner of the International Final will get the chance to become a professional racing driver, participating in an intense driver development program to prepare them for a shot at driving for Nissan at the Dubai 24 Hours.Previous GT Academy graduates include inaugural winner, Lucas Ordonez from Spain (who became the Blancpain Endurance Series Pro-Am champion in 2013 and finished on the podium at the 2011 and 2013 24 Hours of Le Mans in the LMP2), 2011 winner Jann Mardenborough from Wales (who will race GP3 in 2014 and has just been signed for a driver development program with Infiniti Red Bull Racing) and 2012 winner Wolfgang Reip from Belgium (who recently competed in Australia in the Bathurst 12 Hour alongside Nissan Motorsport driver Rick Kelly in a Nissan GT-R Nismo GT3 car).
