Cortlandt State Police: 17 Businesses Pass Underage Alcohol Inspection

All 17 businesses checked during an Alcoholic Beverage Control Law inspection in the Peekskill-Cortlandt area were found to be in compliance with the law, according to police.

State troopers from the Cortlandt barracks conducted the sting Tuesday.

"The inspections serve to educate businesses and ensure their compliance with laws concerning alcohol sales," authorities said in a statement. "During this investigation, no sales to underage persons were made nor were any major violations of the Alcoholic Beverage Control Law observed."

• Annsville Circle Mobil at 98 Roa Hook Road in Cortlandt Manor 
• BP Mart at 2030 Albany Post Road in Croton-on-Hudson
• Buchanan Shell at 3190 Albany Post Road in Buchanan
• Courtesy Mobil at 2072 East Main Street in Cortlandt Manor 
• Da Ro's at 3102 Albany Post Road in Buchanan
• Hess Mart at 3911 Crompond Road in Cortlandt Manor 
• Joe’s Mini Market at 501 Highland Avenue in Peekskill
• Lou's Corner Store at 100 Frederick Street in Cortlandt Manor
• Mohegan Wine & Liquor at 3153 East Main St in Cortlandt Manor  
• Montrose Beer and Soda at 2039 Albany Post Road in Croton-on-Hudson
• Montrose Deli at 4 Kings Ferry Road in Montrose
• Oregon Citgo at 96 Oregon Road in Cortlandt Manor 
• Oregon Shell at 1208 Oregon Road in Cortlandt Manor 
• Post Road Deli at 2119 Old Albany Post Road in Montrose
• Rock Cut Deli at 5735 Albany Post Road in Cortlandt Manor
• Trails End Deli at 173 6th Street in Verplanck
• Valentine Deli at 943 Second Street in Peekskill
