I-84 Accident On Ny-ct Border Snarls Traffic

Update: This accident has been cleared. WESTCHESTER COUNTY, N.Y. -- An overturned vehicle on eastbound I-84 on the New York-Connecticut border in North Salem caused delays Thursday morning.

The accident, reported at 7:10 a.m., occurred between I-684 and Route 121, and blocked a lane before being cleared prior to end of the morning commute.
