Yono and the Celestial Elephants - Pro Controller support coming
Pro Controller support seems to be working in Yono now. It'll take a while to get a patch through the system, but it's on its way.

I know quite a few people were shocked to see the Pro Controller wasn't supported in Yono, but it seems that's going to be remedied. Once the patch is out, we'll be sure to let you know.
