High CPU Usage?
Not sure if this has been repeated before, and I apologize if has. But what is the normal CPU usage for this game, I randomly get between 60% to 90% and I'm wondering if this is too high or not.

I have a I7-3770@3.4 (non K)

Thank You

Well mine is at 100% and I've read that a lot of people have 100% usage at all times in this game.
It's an open world game what do you expect?

Damn ... I too have a i7 3770k and i've been wondering when is this going to be outdated ( for 1080p 60fps gaming) ... I guess that time is near now. the only advantage on my part is that i can overclock it.

I don't have the game yet so just curious for those of you who are playing - if you're seeing 99% utilization on your CPU, what impact are you seeing in-game? Are you getting stuttering, etc.? If so, what are you doing to alleviate the issue, is there a specific performance setting in the game that can be dialed down to reduce CPU load?

I don't have any stuttering, i'm playing on High Settings so sometimes im getting 50-55 fps in the city. So everything is fine but 99% is too risk... I don't know i hope Ubisoft will do something with it.

Not sure about this. I'm using just a 6700k and I'm getting a avarage usage of max 30% even while running firefox and cinema4d behind it.

I expect them to make a better optimized game. They had 2 years instead of 1 for this one and they still manage to ♥♥♥♥ it all up

wrong, some i7 7700k are also at 100%, it's just a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ move on ubisoft part that's all you are good to go for other games

That's kinda what's bugging me with this whole thing. If it was just quad core CPUs that are from the 4000 series or earlier then I would just say those users need to upgrade to a more modern CPU, but we're seeing reports of some folks with 7000 series CPUs that are being pegged to 100% with this game and that should not be happening.

I have a 6700k and im getting 75-100% useage on all 4 cores and 50-75% per hyperthread.

Pre patch it was 100% on all 4 cores and 75-100% per hyperthread.
