Need For Speed Payback's Graphics Look Great in Official Trailer

EA and Ghost Games have released a new trailer for Need for Speed Payback ahead of its arrival on November 10th.

Need For Speed Payback appears to follow a similar open world ethos to Forza Horizon or The Crew and places an emphasis on car collecting and customization, also like those games. You can buy cars from a dealership and visit the tuning shop to buy parts – an aspect of the game that is somewhat reminiscent of NFS Underground and Underground 2. But the coolest feature, in our opinion, is the ability to find derelict or rusted out cars while driving around the open map and restore them to their former glory.

Judging by the new trailer, NFS Payback appears to have similar driving physics to other recent NFS games. Some might not be too stoked to hear that, but the good news is that the graphics look solid. An earlier trailer released by EA and Ghost showed the game running in 4K at 60 FPS and it looked quite crisp indeed. The car selection should also be quite impressive, with the trailer showing vintage and modern-day cars. It will also be the first game to let you drive the new BMW M5.
