ARE YOU AWARE Bill S-5 is currently making its way through The senate and if it’s not STOPPED it could be very devastating for the vaping industry and every single consumer’s rights to access information on this highly effective product!!
This Bill as its written goes against harm reduction objectives.
This is a statement based on scientific studies carried out by the Royal College of Physicians published in 2016.

WE the citizens have a constitutional right to access all information as well as have access to a highly effective tool to assist cessation to the deadly addiction of tobacco use.
I can give testament to the success of this product and how many Canadians have ceased tobacco consumption, as I work and talk with them every day.
Do I agree with GMP and production standards? YES
Do I agree that this product should be restricted to Adults only? YES
Do I agree that we should be considered a tobacco product? NO
Should vaping products have a category & regulations of its own? YES
We the citizens of this great country have a democratic rights to be heard and listened to by our elected leaders.
Mr. Trudeau was elected on a platform that he will listen to the people and Canadian citizen’s opinions and desires.
I have never ever been involved in politics or this type of effort but this situation is alarming and our voices must be heard.
Please support and sign this petition as only WE can make a difference.
The time to act is now many lives can be saved.
