I’m all about packing light… After all swimsuits don’t take a lot of space.

We’ve been through many airports but Koh Samui airport is probably the cutest we’ve been to.
It looks like a resort reception and you get to ride this little paradise bus from the plane to the luggage carrousel.
Christmas vacation has officially started.

We arrived very very early.
Time for a quick refresher nap after a very short night in the plane. We’ll then head out to breakfast and start our lazy by the beach & pool vacation.

Coconut trees, sand, water and blue sky what else do you need after a fun filled year.

Good Morning Koh Samui.

The pool won today.
The extra few steps will be done tomorrow and we will enjoy the beach ;-)

It’s a good thing that this coconut didn’t fall on my head.
Samui island has 3 millions coconut trees and it’s the second revenue of the island after tourism.

We took the few extra steps and made it to the beach today.
It’s a little bit cloudy but I’d rather have clouds and 30C than 400 AQI and 1C.

There’s a fairly great amount of those rocks spread out around the resorts on the south side of the island.

It’s a very lay back, relaxing vacation with much time spent between the beach and the pool.
Just what we needed to refill our battery for the coming year.

Couldn’t find any snow to build a snowman so I tried to make a Sand Santa.
