Excellent and colorful game is a blast to play!
Just Cause 3 is nowhere near the 18+ rating given on this page, for the violence in it is almost entirely optional, and the protagonist you play as has high honor, works for the good guys, helps civilians and takes down that evil dictatorship!
VIOLENCE:
Gameplay is almost entirely built off of frantic explosions and high destruction rather than shooting and violence. During the game you will be told to destroy objects like billboards, electrical equipment, electrical towers, water towers, turrets, drones and bridges. However during most action sequences you do have the OPTION to kill enemies with firearms, the violence never appears brutal, graphic or realistic, instead blood briefly puffs out and the enemy falls to the ground. On rare occasion, a small amount of blood stains the floor. Along with that, some liberations and story missions require you to take out enemies, but that happens quite infrequently.
The player can shoot and kill innocent pedestrians, however that action is punished and you are never once told to do that in the game, and pedestrians are also marked with green so if the player accidentally fires on one they have the chance to walk away.
Some other violence appears in cutscenes, or story missions almost all involving the evil dictator. This includes a scene where a man shoots himself in face after being handed a gun from the dictator (non-graphic) , people being found dead with blood underneath them, the dictator smashing a man in the face then repeatedly pounding him on the ground offscreen as we hear smushing and watery noises. The body or the direct impact is never shown onscreen, however the dictator orders another man to clean up the mess.
LANGUAGE:
Extremely mild and infrequent language for an M rated game.
Infrequent use of “damnit” and “hell”. Some pedestrians may be heard saying “f*ck” during intense moments, but this is extremely rare, hard to hear and usually from a great distance.
OVERALL: 11+

Really good game
I honestly dont think this game is to bad, the violence isnt really over the top as said in the review, and swearing isnt that often, it happend about 3 times, which were in cutscenes that can be skipped.
Its also more of a light hearted comedy action game, that tries to let players get creative with what they have at hand to complete the mission.
My honest opinion, I think it deserves 14+ at Max, trust me, n have seen what 18+ videogames look like, and this isnt one of them.

Fun for a while!
Really fun for a while. The mechanics are hilarious and have me doubled over in my seat laughing. The guy so hard to kill it is funny. Some good missions but it can get boring.

Pretty Good game with some flaws
The gameplay is great, and so is the story, however, the boss fight was a bit disappointing, there is a nice selection of guns to choose from, my favourite is the mini gun since it has infinite ammo which is hilarious. The main character can use a grappler, wingsuit and grenades to do all types of destruction. The wingsuit, however is hard to control and really glitchy, the game also sometimes crashes, those are the only problems I have with this game.

Totally not 18+
So first of all this is a big upgrade from just cause 2. Absolutely no sexual reference and no gore at all. All there is is just blood clouds that puff out when you shoot people. There are intense explosions in almost every mission but if your kid can handle that kind of violence then your good to go. Swearing is very infrequent and over all not bad. For alcohol and drugs it’s very infrequent and all you will see is just some characters smoking and also the loading screen has a person sitting on the beach holding a glass of liquor. I hope this helped.

Really great
Ermm... it’s quite violent and bloody, and there are brief uses of language, not a kids game for sure.

18+? Kidding me
Look, this game is really violent. But the violence itself is not really serious, we play as one-man-army. It contains some language, including f--k, however, it's not often or excessively used.

AMAZING!
I don't know why common sense media gave it a 18+ but I have not seen a single drop of blood, and the only gore is guns,so I think its pretty good for a kid my age
