Job Summary:
Responsible for directing, planning and implementing the sales activities of the company in a city and regional area to achieve sales objectives. Sets city, regional, office and institutional sales quotas. Manages sales support staff, representatives and advises department about sales performance. Manages sales of the company’s products and services in within a defined geographic area, province or country. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings.
Establishes, coordinate and supervise customer data, activities of customer service, stock and inventory and sales associates. Arrange training and additional job duties include setting work schedules and assigning job duties for efficiency. And conduct performance evaluations.
