We are Alaska fishermen; men and women, young and old. Small family businesses carrying out a proud tradition in one of our nation’s most pristine and remote regions.

The fleet of Bristol Bay fishermen that harvest the wild sockeye salmon we share with you are fiercely dedicated to the very highest of quality standards at the point of harvest.

Woven into the landscape and culture of Bristol Bay is the principle of true sustainability. Two hundred generations have made their home in Bristol Bay, and embraced this splendid wild salmon resource as an essential element of daily life.

The Nushagak and Kvichak River drainages comprise a pristine environment that is the most ideal wild salmon habitat on earth. Inhabiting this watershed, the Yupik and Dena’ina people are two of the last intact salmon-based cultures in the world. Salmon are central to the entire way of life here, both as food and as the foundation of language, spirituality and social structure. In the Bristol Bay region, salmon constitute more than 50% of all subsistence harvest, which provides 80% of the protein source for those living in the region. For over 130 years the Bristol Bay commercial fishery has supplied the world with the finest, nutritious salmon on earth. Alaska, the only state that has sustainability written into their Constitution has been the overseer of this magnificent resource since being granted Statehood in 1959.

We collaborate with Leader Creek Fisheries, utilizing their coding, sorting and inventory technology and follow our wild salmon from the point of harvest to your door. Each case of wild, Bristol Bay Sockeye fillets or portions is marked with name of the Bristol Bay fishing district in which they were harvested, providing you a level of traceability that is absolutely unprecedented. #knowyourfish

There are 1400+ boats that fish commercially in Bristol Bay every summer. We are part of a unique, dedicated fleet of fewer than 115 boats that since 1994 has consistently produced the very highest quality, fresh frozen wild salmon in all of Bristol Bay.

Every salmon we catch is bled immediately after being removed from our nets, then submerged in 33 degree circulating seawater. This guarantees unblemished, rich-tasting, firm flesh – wild Sockeye salmon at its very finest!

Filleted, flash-frozen and vacuum-sealed with cutting edge processing technology, our fresh frozen wild salmon is ready for you to cook, create and Savor Bristol Bay!
