The DCOP will be responsible for all activities associated with operations, grants management and resource mobilization. S/he will be responsible to build the capacity of sub granted local implementing partners, government and community-based structures, and processes that constitute systems for the provision of comprehensive community and worksite based HIV/AIDS prevention, care and treatment services for target populations. S/he is directly accountable to the COP and will also work closely with the Technical Director for Program, Monitoring Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Specialist and other Technical Advisers for fluid execution of activities and will be responsible to manage regional offices and ensure quality, timeliness, and efficiency of all products and activities generated under the project.
