Three people, who were arrested by the Mumbai police after a video allegedly showing them performing a dangerous stunt on a motorbike went viral, were granted bail. While the main accused, who was riding the bike, was granted bail after 19 days in jail, two women booked along with him spent 14 and eight days in jail, respectively, before being granted bail.

While granting them bail, the court said that the motorbike has been recovered and seized by the police. “Here no case of hurt caused to anybody because of the act of the accused. The said accused was driving the motorcycle. Trial of the case would take its own time and therefore it would not proper to detain the accused for an uncertain period,” the court said in its order granting bail to 26-year-old Faiyaz Kadri on Friday. Similar orders were passed while granting bail to the two women.
