Abstract: Objective:To analyze the difference of MRI manifestations of non-mass-like breast cancer and mass-like carcer.Methods:31 cases of non-mass-like breast cancer confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively, and the results were compared with those of 39 cases of mass-like breast carcer. The morphological characteristics, dynamic contrastenhanced characteristics and ADC value of the two groups were compared.Results:Non-mass-like breast carcinoma showed regional (68 %) and segmental (32 %) contrast enhancement, heterogeneously (39 %) or in clusters (45 %).The mass-like breast cancer mainly showed heterogeneous enhancement, ring enhancement and mass with multiple enhanced nodules.Of the 31 non-mass-like breast carcinoma,51.6% showed TIC type Ⅱ with significant difference from that of mass-like breast carcinoma. The ADC values of non-mass-like breast carcinoma (1.153±0.325) × 10-3 mm2/s were significantly different from that of mass-like breast carcinoma (P<0.05).There was statistical significant difference in ADC values between the two types of breast carcinoma. Conclusion:There were significant differences in MR morphology, hemodynamics and ADC value between non-mass-like breast cancer and mass-like breast cancer, these are helpful for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.
