WWE SmackDown Live ratings (Aug. 29, 2017): Viewers down sharply after post-SummerSlam high

WWE.com

The Biggest Party Of The Summer is over, and after drawing its biggest audience in months for the SummerSlam fallout show last Tuesday, SmackDown lost almost a quarter million viewers on Aug. 29.

2,455,000 viewers watched an episode which featured a Shinsuke Nakamura and Randy Orton vs. Rusev and Jinder Mahal main event, ninth best on the night among cable originals behind a bevy of political talk shows on Fox News and MSNBC, and The Have and the Have-Nots on OWN.

Their share of the 18 - 49 year old demographic was best on the night as usual, but dropped from last week’s .87 to a .76 this Tuesday.
