Team of fans looking to archive the entirety of the Miiverse

GN Version 5.0

Nintendo will let people grab archives of their Miiverse posts, but for some people, that's simply not enough. A team of fans has banded together to try and save every single thing Miiverse has on it, and that team is lead by Tim Miller.

"The great art on Miiverse will be lost when it shuts down. So I'm writing an archiver to try and save it. Social networks disappearing leaves behind a ton of content. People have invested a ton of time and effort into giving parts of themselves up to it. Just look at the Splatoon drawing feed. The effort that goes into that art is insane. And Nintendo is going to go 'Fuck you, it's gone.'
Art, posts, user data...Leave no stone unturned. To me, it's all important, I'm not one to judge content. That's for history to judge." - Tim Miller

Certainly a valiant effort. Whether Nintendo squashes this idea, or whether it's even possible to get everything, remains to be seen.
