↑ For $6,967/month, there’s a penthouse apartment in Williamsburg that has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The floorplan is a bit odd but the apartment is filled with light, thanks to a plethora of windows. A wraparound terrace measures 800 square feet—it’s basically a whole other apartment.

Douglas Elliman

↑ This two-bedroom, one-bathroom loft in Tribeca has an unconventional shape but otherwise offers great details that include exposed brick walls, archways, and high ceilings. The asking price is $6,950/month.

Bold New York

↑ Rent “half of a brownstone,” as the listing puts it, in Carroll Gardens for $6,995/month. The space has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sunny living room with 13-foot ceilings, and a lengthy kitchen. It appears that exclusive use of a backyard is also included in the deal.

Warburg

↑ This, uh, whimsical two-bedroom, two-bathroom in Midtown, going for $6,950/month, is surrounded by a wall of windows. There is a massive eat-in chef’s kitchen along with a washer/dryer and two terraces. It also comes furnished, according to the listing.

Douglas Elliman

↑ In the Flatiron District, this minimalist loft spanning 1,600 square feet is going for for $6,995/month. Thanks to a recent renovation, the prewar space has some contemporary touches, such as a brand new, high-end kitchen. Though the apartment is advertised as a two-bedroom, two-bathroom, one of the rooms is probably better suited for a home office.
