Filipino triathletes bag two more golds for PHL in 2017 SEA Games

Two Filipino triathletes bagged two more golds for the Philippines in the 29th Southeast Asian Games in Malaysia on Monday.

Nikko Bryan Huelgas and Marion Kim Mangrobang brought the country's medal haul to three after winning triathlon events.

John Chinano and Maria Claire Adorna, meanwhile, took silver medals after placing second to Huelgas and Mangrobang in this morning's events.

Marathoner Mary Joy Tabal bagged the country's first gold medal on Saturday.

Meanwhile, the Philippines also bagged two more bronze medals in regu sepak takraw and recurve archery.

The Philippines' current medal tally has improved to three golds, four silvers and four bronzes. —ALG/KVD, GMA News
