Queen Rania Gives All the Supermodels a Run For Their Money in This Balmain Skirt

If you thought Olivier Rousteing's Balmain collections only belonged on sexy supermodels, you were mistaken. The designer is known for dressing women of all ages and body types — and clearly royals with an eye for style. When Queen Rania and her husband, King Abdullah II of Jordan, joined the queen and king of Belgium at a gala dinner, Queen Rania slipped into a high-fashion look that recently debuted on the runway. Her tight-fitting fringe skirt was embellished with beads that played up her chandelier earrings and dainty silver crown — making it a regal selection and not at all racy.

Of course, Queen Rania swapped the bodysuit the maxi was originally shown with for a breezy, silk top, elevating her ensemble so that it belonged right in the royal palace. Read on to see how the Queen of Jordan shined, putting the finishing touches on her outfit with an elegant cream box clutch and diamond cuff bracelet. It's safe to say that when it comes to the #BalmainArmy, Queen Rania wears the crown.
