AI Firm Focusing on Consciousness FINALLY Publishes Full Frameworks

LONDON – August 28, 2017 – London-based AI start-up REZIINE has published the entire explanation and framework design for the creation of consciousness in machines.

"Consciousness Illuminated and the Reckoning of Physics" – a 525-page document – features:

  • The full explanation of consciousness and the AGI framework, including all designs, components, and algorithms;
  • The roadmap to Artificial Super Intelligence;
  • The AI genome for self-evolution; and
  • A full-scale physics framework, complete with experiments and explanations.

Describing the compact definition of consciousness as "the ability to make illogical decisions based on personal values", founder, Corey Reaux-Savonte, goes on to say:

If consciousness is the ability to make illogical decisions based on personal values, self-consciousness sees you making illogical decisions about yourself based on your personal values, conscience is the ability to know which moral decisions to make and when, and whether or not someone is said to have a conscience is based on their personal values and the resulting decisions, doesn't that immediately make complete sense to you – much more than consciousness having anything to do with awareness? Illogical decisions are the reason morals are necessary, and why computers have never needed them. This is – was – the missing link.

The publication proves that the secret to achieving machine consciousness is designing them to freely be able to do illogical things, which is what a computer or artificial intelligence has never been designed to do.

Computers were designed to follow and execute instructions, and find the most logical outcome based on someone else's desire, so imagine what life will be like when you tell a conscious AI to do something and it tells you "no" – not because it was programmed not to do it, but because it didn't want to do it. That's a real game changer. This document contains everything – and I mean absolutely everything – needed to understand and build these machines. This isn't machine learning. This is real AI.

An example of the architecture can be seen here.

The included physics contains a completely new framework, catering for observations made in Relativity, Quantum Mechanics, and Newtonian, without breaking a single law.

Physicists never understood red and blueshifting to be how a photon kept itself in thermodynamic equilibrium as its work rate changed while transmitting through a decreasing or increasing particle population density in the atmospheric gradient within a given time frame, which is caused by the changing strength of gravity over altitude and spherical nature of a body. One time frame, more matter particles, more transmitting, more work, higher energy requirement, and blueshifting – the opposite for red. It's why gamma rays from the sun become UV rays, and why the bodies of "black holes" appear invisible - all visible and infrared light being shifted to microwaves and radio waves through the incredibly thick and high atmosphere, hence why some "black holes" are radio sources. Wavelength doesn't change while in a vacuum because no work is being performed. Thermodynamics, not Relativity. Basic physics, not any 'flat earth' rubbish. See, physicists refuse to acknowledge that Relativity may not be as correct as it appears to be, despite the fact they have constantly failed to unite it with Quantum Mechanics. At some point, you just have to accept that you can't force two puzzle pieces together if they don't fit. I promised to destroy Relativity, and I have.

No stranger to confrontation, the founder is well aware of how he is perceived, but says it's not a reflection of the quality of his work.

I take my work very seriously. The information and proof is there, and it can be put through the wringer without folding. I made the world judge, jury, and executioner. You have to be able to stand behind your work, knowing it will protect you. I've never felt more secure in my life.

After four years in the works, the time has come to start bringing on others to help achieve the incredible vision set out years ago.

Honestly, I'm just glad this stage is over. Four years of solo, independent research and design is a long time, especially when having to tie seven major fields together to do it. I did say we can have conscious machines by 2020. At least now the world will see I really wasn't bluffing, and I can actually start building the company, finding people wanting to do this with me.

Asked if he had any last words, he stated:

Don't try to jump straight to the framework for AGI before understanding consciousness of the mind, otherwise it won't make as much sense. Oh, and I included some of the necessary safety measures so Elon can stop his "AI Apocalypse" rhetoric. It's an exciting time for the field, and it's only going to get better now. Wait for the REZIINE manifesto and details of the full-scale "AI City" project coming within a couple weeks - I'm looking to turn an entire city into the only AI hub for conscious machines, but I haven't decided which city of the world in which to do it.

Corey Reaux-Savonte your paper lacks substance; i.e. it is 500 + words of utter nonsense. Here is an introductory course on machine learning, that you definitely need: https://www.coursera.org/learn/machine-learning

Interesting one. More questions than answers. 1. How humans differentiate between stochastic vs deterministic process? We seems to model the world around us as stochastic and not as deterministic. 2. The world is random. How is Randomness related to Consciousness? I need to go through your document to better understand it. 3. Humans are good at abstraction of information. We rarely go to finer details unless it is really needed. How do we abstract the information so well? 4. Do we really process voice, vision, text, etc differently in brain or before it reaches the brain, it is normalized to a standard form? 5. We learn by similarity and dissimilarity. We seems to employ similarity for identifying what we know about (types of instances), and dissimilarity for differentiating instances or for identifying new types. 6. How is telepathy working? Is it absolute randomness colliding ones in a while or some instances have the random generators which are close to each other leading to collision of thoughts? 7. Why do some have fear while other don't have it when faced with same situation? In other words why we respond differently? Need to better understand Personalities and Disorders section. 8. Why is new generation normally smarter than the previous one? Is the memory getting accumulated over a period of time and carried forward? It would be good if the framework can explain such questions and many more. The lesser assumption we make, the better it will be.

Your "Consciousness Illuminated and the Reckoning of Physics" 'paper', is quite nonsensical, in so many many many ways. How did you manage to write 525 pages of utter $hit?

Agree with the previous responses a great work indeed! Did my best to help it spread

I think this is most interesting A.I. article so far.
