WWE confirms Big Cass suffered a torn ACL

WWE.com

Starbies and Friends episodes were nice, but they didn’t change the bad news.

After Carmella let us all know Big Cass knee surgery went well, WWE went ahead and confirmed what the operation was repairing. And it turns out the medical teams initial read of his MRI results was correct - a torn ACL in his left leg.

Which also means his recovery time frame is likely nine months, putting a potential return off until May or June of 2018.

Ouch.

Send Cass your positive vibes, and if you want to share his pain, there’s a pretty graphic photo gallery of his surgery on WWE.com here.
