Abstract: The occurrence and development of tumor are affected by many factors.Among which,Aryl hydrocarbons receptor (AHR),a ligand-dependent transcription factor,plays a role in the regulation of tumor cell proliferation and apoptosis and is involved in tumorigenesis.In this paper,we reviewed the recent studies on the development of AHR in tumorigenesis,aim to provide reference for the research on mechanism of tumorigenesis.
