Abstract: Objective:To discuss the predictive values of serum CEA level in lymph node metastasis of pancreatic cancer patients predict the predictive value of serum level of carcinoma embryonic antigen(CEA) in lymph node metastasis of pancreatic cancer patients. Methods:Using a retrospective study method, the study time were from February 2013 to April 2016,72 pancreatic cancer patients admitted in our hospital were selected as the research object.Accorded to the pathological diagnosis, there were 22 patients without lymph node metastasis(control group) and 50 patients with lymph node metastasis(observation group),Two groups were given the serum CEA level detecting and the judgment of positive rate.At the same time, the survey and influencing factors of the clinical and pathological features were given analysis. Results:The two groups of gender, age,BMI,family history and tumor location compared were not significant difference(P>0.05).Two groups of tumor size, clinical stage and differentiation type compared were significant difference(P<0.05).The serum level of CEA and positive rate in the observation group were were (20.44±6.12)ng/ml and 90.0%.That were significantly higher than the control group of (9.13±4.10)ng/ml and 50.0%(P<0.05).The serum CEA levels in the different tumor size, clinical stage and differentiation types of pancreatic cancer were statistically significant(P<0.05).Cox proportional hazard regression model showed the positive rate of CEA,tumor size, clinical stage, differentiation were the independent risk factors for leading lymph node metastasis(P<0.05).Conclusion:Patients with pancreatic cancer lymph node metastasis was common, the serum CEA level can effectively determine the clinicopathological features that has very good detection and diagnosis value.
