Abstract: Non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) accounts for 85% of primary lung cancer.For patients with inoperable or refused surgical NSCLC,radiotherapy has become the main therapeutic method.With the development of radiotherapy technology,hypofractionated radiotherapy has achieved good curative effect in NSCLC.This article aims to systematically review the basis of radiobiology and the latest clinical researches of non-surgical NSCLC treated by hypofractionated radiotherapy.
