Abstract: Objective:To investigate the clinicopathological features,diagnosis and differential diagnosis of placental chorionic hemangioma.Methods:The clinical and pathological data of 12 cases of placental chorionic hemangioma were diagnosed by pathology and analyzed respectively.Results:the average age of 12 patients was 28.5 years old,7 cases were full term birth,5 cases were premature,2 cases of the premature delivery cases were low birth weight infants.There were 8 cases with premature rupture of membranes and 2 cases with preeclampsia,the other two cases had no complications.The tumor was constituted by fibrous tissue with many vascular spaces and a little of stroma.The CD34 was strongly positive and Ki-67 < 2% in tumor cells.Conclusion:Placental chorionic hemangioma is a rare benign tumor of the placenta.It has important clinical significance.Unfortunely,there is no uniform standard treatment method.
