Abstract: Objective To promote the rational use of three kinds of key monitoring drugs in our hospital including proton pump inhibitor,traditional Chinese medicine injection and auxiliary medication. Methods Clinical pharmacists reviewed and analyzed the orders which used the above three types of drugs in all discharged patients from October 2016 to January 2017,the reasonable use rate and the per-centage of irrational drug use were counted. Statistical data and review content were fed back to clinic by reporting to the quality control department and taking part in clinical departments meeting. Results Through the review,the reasonable use rate of three kinds of key monitoring drugs were all on the riseobviously,which reached the highest in December 2016,but decreased slightly in January 2017. Unreasonable use was mainly in 11 aspects,among them,the improper choice of solvent up to 56. 28%. Conclusion In order to improve the rational utilization rate of three kinds of key monitoring drugs,doctors should strengthen the awareness of safe medication, and the hospital should strengthen management and attach importance to ADR monitoring.
